First, I didn't realize at the time I could hit enter to compare, so I was right-clicking and selecting compare, which took longer. There are a couple ways this process could be improved. In the first folder they have to original name from the digital camera, e.g. I compare 2 folders with identical files but they are renamed in the second folder.

One question, about a compare mode which I haven't found yet. I'm using it to clean up old directories etc. It's really a very useful piece of software.
